These terms apply to every order placed through Verjaardagskaartversturen. Please read them before you send your cards.
Who we are
Verjaardagskaartversturen is a service of Briefverzenden.nl, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42119026.
Our service
You design a card here or upload your own print-ready PDF, and you supply an address list. We have the cards printed and handed to a printing and logistics partner, who posts one card to each address you gave us. We are an intermediary: we do not deliver the cards ourselves.
Prices and payment
You see the price before you pay, and the full amount is settled when you complete your order. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
We hand the cards over with priority, where possible on the same working day. Ordinary post has no track and trace, so we cannot guarantee or confirm delivery of an individual card. Delivery times are an expectation, not a promise: the actual delivery is done by PostNL.
Your address list
You are responsible for the addresses you supply. We read your list automatically and show you the result before you pay, and we flag anything that looks incomplete — but we never complete or guess an address. Once you confirm the list and pay, the cards are printed and sent to exactly those addresses.
What you send
You are responsible for the content of your card and for having the right to use it, including any photos, fonts or artwork in a design you upload. You only send material you are legally permitted to send.
Cancellation, liability and law
Once cards have been printed and handed over, the order can no longer be cancelled. Spot a mistake before that point and we will hold what has not yet gone to press — email us straight away. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will find a fair solution. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Dutch law applies to these terms.
